VerenaStays ("we", "us") is a villa-rental and concierge agency arranging stays and related services in Ibiza, Mykonos and Austria. We act as an intermediary between guests and the owners or operators of the properties, yachts and services presented on this site.
2. Enquiries & bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation. Rates shown are indicative; final pricing, deposits and payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by season, duration and services requested.
3. Property & service descriptions
We take care to describe each property, yacht and service accurately, but details, amenities and imagery are provided for guidance and may change. Floor plans, capacities and facilities should be confirmed at booking.
4. Guest responsibilities
Guests agree to treat each property with respect, to comply with house rules and local regulations, and to be responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded without prior written agreement.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerenaStays is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from services provided by third-party owners and operators. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
